step 1.Press reset button at the back of router till all leds blink and power led gets red also arrow led gets static green colour....time it takes aroound 20-25 sec long you need to press
step 2.on lan connected device with in browser type 192.168.1.1
enter username and password both as admin
step 3.on that page go to setup-->setup wizard-->skip user,pass-->chose time zone kolkata,mumbai,delhi [your timezone]-->select country-->select airtel poip(your network)
at botton type your network username and password

password---you need to ask at service centre of your network
in my case it is airtel--number--01144444121 once called moment they bark enter 1 then 9
in case your problem still don't get solve call dlink--tall free number 18002330000 then moment they bark enter 3
